3D Visualization Specialist in Jackson Heights, Queens

About This Role

We are hiring a 3D Visualization Specialist to produce photorealistic renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for our interior design projects. Our clients expect to see their spaces before any work begins, and your renderings are the key tool that sells our designs and secures client approval. You will work closely with our design team to translate 2D plans and mood boards into stunning 3D visuals that accurately represent materials, lighting, proportions, and atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical 3D modeling skills with a strong eye for interior design aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• ✓Create photorealistic 3D renderings of residential and commercial interior designs
• ✓Build detailed 3D models from floor plans, elevations, and design specifications
• ✓Apply accurate materials, textures, and lighting to match specified finishes
• ✓Produce virtual walkthroughs and 360-degree views for client presentations
• ✓Collaborate with designers to interpret concepts and translate them into 3D
• ✓Maintain a library of 3D models for commonly specified furniture and fixtures
• ✓Revise renderings based on client and designer feedback
• ✓Ensure rendering quality meets portfolio and marketing standards

Qualifications

• ●2+ years of professional 3D visualization experience
• ●Expert proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit
• ●Expert proficiency in rendering engines: V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or Corona
• ●Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and lighting
• ●Ability to accurately model and texture real-world materials (wood, marble, fabric, metal)
• ●Experience with post-processing in Photoshop
• ●Portfolio demonstrating photorealistic interior renderings
• ●Strong attention to detail — scale, proportions, and material accuracy matter
• ●Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Digital Media preferred
